- In the form of a clenched fist and forearm, the front, or inside of forearm, inscribed "In This You"ll Find A Match," the reverse, outside of forearm, inscribed "Quarter mile run, BAC (partly decipherable monogram), Aug.30,90." Lid (top of forearm) hinged on left. Striker on top of lid.
