Hand-lettered text in a variety of styles and sizes; at center, heart and telephone. Affixed to bottom center, USA 19 cents postage stamp (fawn). On verso, elements include motto from chocolate wrapper, Betty Boop, flower diagrams, round orange sticker affixed to center of flower (top, center). Printed in blue ink.
