Description
This handheld electronic calculator has a plastic case and twenty rectangular plastic keys. These include ten digit keys, a decimal point key, a total key, four arithmetic function keys, a square root key, a percentage key, a pi key, and a clear/clear entry key. Above the keyboard is an on/off switch. Behind it is an eight-digit blue vacuum fluorescent display. Text above the display reads: TOSHIBA BC-8018. Text below the keys reads: ELECTRONIC CALCULATOR.
A battery compartment for two AA batteries is at the top of the back. A sticker below it reads in part: TOSHIBA ELECTRONIC CALCULATOR (/) BC-8018 (/) DC 3V (dry battery x 2) (/) DC 3V (AC adapter) 0.3W (/) NO. 175304 BM (/) TOKYO SHIBAURA ELECTRIC CO., LTD. JAPAN (/) USE MODEL BH-115, BH-116. A jack for a power adapter is along the back edge.
