- Square, molded tile of white clay; reverse bears inscription in double line frame: "J. & J.G. Low/ Patent Art Tile Works/ Chelsea, Mass. U.S.A. / copyright 1881 by J & J.G. Low". Face of tile is decorated with four petalled flower placed so that petals extend into corners; painted dark, green crackle glaze.
