- Square molded tile of white clay, impressed on the back with inscription: "J. & J.G. Low, Patent art Tile Works, Chelsea Mass. U.S.A., copyright 1881 by J. & J.G. Low". Face of tile is stamped with imbricated scale pattern, glazed with a green crackle glaze.
