- Description
- Landscape sketch showing a view of the ravine that hosts Tequendama Falls in Colombia. In the foreground, nearby mountainsides steeply descend into the heavily wooded ravine, which zig-zags its way up the rugged terrain to the basin of the falls--barely visible in the middle distance at center. At left and right, the sheer cliffsides that flank Tequendama Falls are visible. At center, just over a wooded ridge, a plume of mist produced by the falls rises upwards. The heavily wooded rim of the basin is visible in the background. At right, a basic sketch of a macaw is included, while another rudimentary sketch of a human figure is visible at lower left. Below it, a detailed sketch of a dog's head and the outline of a crouching cat are included.
