- Tall cylindrical body (a), flat base. High strap handle over top. Tubular spout at juncture of body and handle. Small flat lid (b) with upright semi-circular finial. Body and cover decorated overall with geometric shapes of black stripes, underglaze, against white ground of body to creat optical patterns of contrasting stripes within frames of squares and circles.
