Description
Flax spinning wheel, Swedish style (Dutch type) brought to the United States in the late 19th century. The wheel was missing a distaff when it arrived at the Museum, and a new one was made in shops here. Twleve spoke wheel--decorative turnings on the legs, and other pieces.
