The cover features a black and white photo of a woman whose black and yellow checkered dress is in color. The photo is surrounded by a pink and yellow checkered pattern. This song became a very popular tune over the years, and became one of the most covered songs of all time, with versions recorded by artists such as Cher, Frank Sinatra, and The Four Seasons.
