Object Details
- Description (Brief)
- 9-11 / WTC objects. Twisted steel box column stub from the upper floors of one of the World Trade Center building. It is believed that this piece supported a floor in the 90s.
- On the morning of September 11, 2001, four commercial airplanes were hijacked by a group of 19 Islamic terrorists. Two of the airplanes (American Airlines Flight 11 & United Airlines Flight 175) were deliberately flown into the upper floors of the World Trade Center buildings (Towers 1&2), in New York City, which led to both of the towers complete collapse. American Airlines Flight 77 was deliberately flown into the Pentagon and United Airlines Flight 93 crashed in an open field near Shanksville, PA, avoiding what was believed another target in Washington, D.C.
