- Rectangular, rounded sides and corners, featuring raised decoration of 3 seated monkeys, with hands over mouth, ears, and eyes, inscribed beneath each respectively "Speak No Evil", "See No Evil", "Hear No Evil", all framed by decorative cartouche. Lid hinged on side. Striker on bottom.
