- Summary
- Morley monument consists of a tiered base and pedestal which support a broken shaft. The broken shaft signifies the death of a young man. There is a profile in relief of William R. Morley affixed to the pedestal. The figure wears a suit, moustache and long sideburns. There is a small headstone on the reverse, at the foot of the base, for Mrs. Morley. The monument is enclosed in a fenced area, comprised of low tapered pylons joined by two rows of horizontal metal bars.
