Summary: Bronze panel portraying bust of young man dressed in World War I military jacket. Figure, in low relief, is depicted looking full-face towards viewer. Panel is set in an upright stele of granite; at top, an abstract, low-relief rendering of an eagle, its wings spread upwards and outwards like a fan, a single five-pointed star over its head. Bronze panel is set in the granite base below the eagle; inscriptions occur below.
