- Horizontal rectangle. A female genius with fasces and trumpet stands upon a dado beside a medallion portrait of a sovereign woman, probably Queen Mary I of Portugal (born 1734, queen 1777, insane 1786, died 1816). It is framed at right by a laurel branch and coins falling from cornucopia. Colored background. Dark brown framing line.
