- Description
- Shown side view, the spout is at right. Shaft and bottom part of the body are shaped as a shell-like leaf. The upper part of the body is fluted and shows nude figures growing from volutes. The figure in the center holds in either hand together with his neighbors’ bowls from which these drink. A festoon connects the lateral volutes. The handle consists of a cornucopia, a stem and vine and a girl picking up grapes.
