- Still life study of pitajaya fruit, also known as dragon fruit, in Colombia. Two pitajayas are prominently situated on a flat stone surface at center. A wedge has been cut out of the rearmost fruit and placed before it at right. A whole pitajaya is placed foremost at left. The fruit's red and green scaly surface, as well as its dark reddish-purple, seeded interior, are clearly on display. Source of light originates out of frame at upper left. Background is nondescript brown wall, shaded at right.
