- Description
- This was one of the earliest "portable" computers. It was considered portable in that it could be carried from place to place. But "portable" was also seen as an ironic label for it because it was heavy to carry (about 30 lbs). When it was packed up in its case, it resembled a portable sewing machine was sometimes referred to as the "sewing machine".
