- The indications or uses for this product as provided by the manufacturer are:
- Prophylaxis against typhoid and paratyphoid infections is afforded by three injections. Typhoid-Paratyphoid vaccine is indicated in localities where it has been shown that B. typhosus is not alone the causative factor of epidemics of the typhoid fever type. The doses are injected at intervals of seven to ten days. the reaction of the individual sometimes indicates a reduction in the size of the 2nd and 3rd dose.
