- Description
- This Appalachian dulcimer was made by Clifford Glenn in Banner Elk, North Carolina, in 1964. It is a double-bout dulcimer with walnut sides, back, and fingerboard. This dulcimer has three strings (one melody and two drones), wood nut and bridge, 17 metal frets, 4 heart-shaped sound holes, 3 wooden friction pegs, carved out pegbox, and a rounded head.
