- Summary
- A sloping concrete platform, decorated with circular symbols of New Mexico, one red and one yellow, and another symbol consisting of a red and gold oval, a white bullet in the center, and four extensions. At the back of the sloped platform is a tall metal flame holder and at one corner of the platform is a flagpole. The edges of the platform are topped by bricks and there are brick enclosed planters on either side.
