Two ladders form a rose arbor over a path. Inscribed at top: "Matrimony as it should be". At top of ladder: "Solemnization"; at left: "Love increasing, care unceasing, to be pleasing, will secure Earth's greatest blessing, Domestic happiness". At right:" Acceptation, Approbation, Soft persuasion, Hesitation, Declaration, Admiration".
