- View from the top of one of the Smithsonian Institution Building's towers of the Mall area looks across the Mall at the west wing of the United States National Museum, now known as the National Museum of Natural History. Cars are parked along Madison Drive in front of the Museum. In the background can be seen the buildings known as the Federal Triangle, and the top of the Old Post Office Pavilion.
