Large black-and-white still from the movie is in the top left corner of the white poster, with Pam Grier playing Coffy on the left with William Elliot as Carter, in a Metropolitan Police uniform, looking at each other holding hands. In the bottom left corner in dark red reads ["Coffy"], while underneath in black, reads [Samuel Z.
