- Blood glucose monitoring kit with packaging, carrying case, box of lancets, bottle of test strips, three Quick Reference Guides (two in English and one in French), owner's booklet, logbook, warranty registration card, and a coupon for lancets.
- Blood glucose monitor is gray and blue with blue print and blue button on the front and aqua-blue button on the top. Handwritten "J. Roe" on blood glucose monitor. Box is beige, white and blue with picture of blood glucose monitor set and pictorial directions. English and French print is in white and blue with handwritten "J. Roe" on the front. Carrying case is black and gray vinyl with clear plastic and black metal zipper. LifeScan embossed in vinyl on front of case. Owner's Booklet is spiral-bound and has a white and blue cover with white, black, and red print. Pages are white and pink paper with black and blue print in English and French. Picture of blood glucose monitor on the front of the booklet and pictoral instructions on the inside. Logbook is blue and white with blue print on white pages. Logbook is in French and English. Warranty Registration card is gray paper with black print and folds out into three parts. Print is in English and French. One dollar coupon is purple paper with red and black print and includes a picture of the box of lancets, Coupon is in English on one side and French on the other.
