Description
Blood glucose monitor with box, carrying case, bottle of control solution, canister of test strips, blood sampling device, owner's booklet, special offer card, warranty card, LifeScan Tele-Library card, Quick Start Guide, Quick Reference pamphlet, rebate/trade-in certificate, control solution booklet, and test strips booklet.
Blood glucose monitor is dark blue plastic with white and black print and two black buttons and an LCD display panel on the front. Box is blue with yellow, black, white, and purple print and picture of blood glucose monitor on the front. Carrying case is black vinyl with black metal zipper, clear plastic pockets, and black mesh. Carrying case has Velcro pocket and loop on the outside. UltraSoft blood sampling device is dark blue and white plastic with white print. Owner's booklet is white and blue paper with white and purple print and picture of blood glucose monitor and people on the front. Inside pages are white and blue with black and purple print and pictures of blood glucose monitor and people. Logbook is white and blue with blue print. Quick Start Guide is folded white paper with purple, yellow, black and blue print and pictoral instructions for use. Quick Reference pamphlet is small white and blue paper pamphlet with picture of blood glucose monitor and people on the front and pictoral instructions on the back. Control Solution pamphlet is white, folded paper with blue print. Test strips pamphlet is white, folded paper with blue print.
