- Summary
- Allegorical female figures of Liberty and Justice stand atop the Goldsboro City Hall. Both figures are Classically garbed. Liberty stands on the north side and holds a torch in her upraised proper right hand. She also holds a torch in her proper left hand. Justice, on the south side, is a blindfolded figure who holds scales in her upraised proper left hand and a sword pointing downward, parallel with her proper right leg.
