- Summary
- A female figure, symbolizing Justice, stands barefoot wearing a cinched sleeveless garment with her proper right shoulder exposed. She is blindfolded and holds the hilt of a sword with her proper right hand. The sword hangs downward with the tip resting near her feet. In her raised proper left hand she holds the "scales of justice." The figure is placed atop a stepped base.
