- This kit was used by Dr. Samuel Brusilow when he was the house officer caring for diphtheria patients at an infectious disease hospital in Brooklyn, New York, circa 1920. The kit contains: 7 hard rubber intubation tubes with metal obturators and strings attached to each; 1 intubation tube scale (1 - 12 years); 1 Introducer; 1 intubation tube extractor; 1 mouth gag.
