- 25 p. Both front and back covers are intact; pages are in very good condition and spiral bound.
Graphite, crayon, pen, and watercolor were used to make sketches. Many of the sketches are detailed and colored.
Images are of Rockport, Massachusetts, a small fishing village where Cady spent each summer beginning in 1896. Images include: scenes of fishing boats in the water or docked with houses in the background, a family eating dinner outside, a couple walking past the Coast Guard station at night, two people fishing from a dock, a group of artists leaving for a day of painting, three different sketches of artists painting, a number of images of the everyday life of a quiet neighborhood, numerous studies of men smoking pipes, and the judging of a community baby contest. - Citation
