- Red background with tan printed scene of a handball game in the center. Figures at all four corners with a border of balls and scoop. Shields surround the scene at the left, top, and right, where the bottom has a leaf branch with florals on either side. Shield at top has a banner reading "ZAZPIAK BAT" a heraldic reference to the Basque coat of arms consisting of the seven regional provinces.
