- Blood glucose monitor prototype with packaging, carrying case, instructional video box, glucose control box, reagent strips box, and instructional manual.
- Blood glucose monitor is gray and black plastic with blue and white print and has an LCD display panel and blue button on the front as well as two black buttons on the side. Box is white cardboard with black print. Carrying case is gray suede with Velcro closer and test strip inside. Instructional video box is for VHS. Box is white and purple-blue with red and black print and a picture of the blood glucose monitor on the front. No VHS is included. Glucose control box is empty and is white and purple-blue with black, white and red print. Reagent strips box is empty and is white and purple-blue with red and black print and a picture of the blood glucose monitor on it. Instructional manual is white and purple-blue with black and red print. Front cover includes a picture of the blood glucose monitor and inside pages are white with black print.
