- Blood glucose monitor with packaging, carrying case, box of test strips, box of normal control, a check strip, a User's guide, a record diary, warranty card, and two batteries.
- White cardboard box with dark red, gold and black print and picture of blood glucose meter on the front of the box. Picture of the blood glucose monitor kit on the back of the box. Blood glucose monitor is square, flat, and made of white plastic with dark red print and a barcode. Carrying case is dark red vinyl with black metal zipper, black mesh pockets, and plastic sleeves inside. Normal control expires December 1998. Small, clear plastic bag includes check strip and piece of paper with check strip information. Check strip information is printed in English and Spanish. User's Guide and record diary are packaged together in clear plastic wrap. Warranty card has been used and tear off part is not included. Handwritten "3606950" and "05/01/97" on card. Two Panasonic / CR 2032 / 3V batteries inseparate plastic bags included.
