- A formal design of three stylized calla lilies enclosed in their leaves forming a medallion. Between is a smaller motif of one upright flower with leaves. At bottom is a continuous border of smaller flowers with upright leaves. At top is a narrow scroll design with circles and dashes. On margin is printed: "Standard paper - 2004".
