- Blood glucose monitor is light gray and blue plastic with LCD display panel and blue buttons on the front and white and black print. Box is yellow and white with blue, red, and black print. Box includes pictures of blood glucose monitor, pictorial instructions for use, and a butterfly. Box of test strips is green and yellow cardboard with green, blue, and black print. Box includes white plastic bottle of test strips and insert. Lancing device is light gray, clear, and blue plastic with a blue plastic button on the front and a blue plastic scroll wheel on the side. Bag of lancets is clear plastic and holds dark blue plastic and metal lancets. Box of control solution is black and yellow cardboard with blue and black print and includes a white plastic bottle of control solution. Carrying case is black vinyl and mesh with black metal zipper. Inside has several mesh pockets with velcro and zippers. Therasense logo printed in white on the front. Daily Log book is white paper with blue print and has a picture of the blood glucose monitor and butterfly on the front. Owner's Booklet is white and yellow with blue and black print and a picture of the blood glucose monitor and butterfly on the front. Inside pages include pictorial instructions for use. Quick Reference Guide is white and yellow with blue and black print and a picture of the blood glucose monitor and butterfly on the front. Inside pages include pictorial instructions for use. Getting Started guide is white paper with blue, purple, black, and yellow print and pictorial instructions for use. Finger cap for lancing device is blue plastic in a clear plastic bag with black print. Manufacturer's 40 dollar rebate card is white and blue paper with black and blue print and picture of blood glucose monitor on the front.
