- Human figure in center, in front of branch-like designs in black, with blue dots in circles radiating outwards around the head and shoulders and extending down through the torso into the legs. Surrounding figure are concentric yellow rings with green leaf-shaped patterns in front of them. All of this on a red background with two eagles, one in each upper corner, and a rose in the center at the top.
