- Description (Brief)
- Solar cells come in many shapes and sizes, and are manufactured with a variety of materials. This flexible cell is made with the element silicon and was made by SunPower Corp. in 1993. The dark areas convert sunlight into electricity. The plastic lamination is textured to reduce light reflection from the surface of the cell.
