- This object is part of the Education and Outreach collection, some of which are in the Q?rius science education center and available to see.
- This is a specimen from an Eastern redbud tree. It is a thin branch with large, broad, individual leaves coming from it. The leaves are green, heart-shaped, and are generally between 6-15 cm in length. The overall mount measures 41 cm x 29 cm. This specimen description was written remotely based on images as part of Amber Kreiensieck's internship in Fall 2021.
