- Obstetrical kit made by Dyna Med Incorporated (DMI)/Dynamed Corporation, a company in Leucadia, California and Mount Vernon, New York. The kit includes 1 pair of disposable sterile gloves, 1 disposable sheet, 2 alcohol wipes, 2 moist towelettes (OB Towelettes), 2 umbilical cord clamps, 1 disposable scalpel, 6 oversponges, 1 bulb aspirator, 1 receiving blanket, 1 obstetrical pad, 1 plastic bag, 6 disposable towels, and 2 nylon tie offs. The kit also includes a surgical mask. There is a pink piece of paper attached to the inside of the lid titled "Contents" which lists everything included, as well as 3 illustrations for how to apply the cord clamp. The DMI logo is present as well as the address, 625 North Vulcan Avenue, Leucadia, CA 92024, telephone (714)753-0133. The kit is packaged in a brown cardboard box. The outside of the box has the name printed in black with a red DMI logo.
