- Wool bunting pennant flag. Red field with a white five-point star in the center of the flag. White cotton hoist with no grommets. The inscription on the hoist reads "Art'y Brg. 20th Army Corps R C Toy 49 N. 9th Phila." The flag is machine-stitched with flat-felled seams using blue cotton threads.
