- Vertical composition with two motifs rendered in white gouache--one circular and one rectangular--surrounded by stars. The larger, rectangular motif consists of an oblong shape formed by boughs with a lozenge and palmettes inside. The smaller, circular motif consists of an abstract wreath with small plants and blossoms on its inner perimeter with palmettes at each of the cardinal axes.
