- Early travelling or portable camera built into a black carrying box. Front of box opens to reveal lens on a sliding frame with gauge to adjust focal distance. Lens is connected to back compartments with black leather baffle. Rear of case has two compartments. The rearmost is for the photographic medium, and the center to access the inner components. Leather handle and a small spirit level are on top of the case. Maker stamp inside rearmost compartment door.
