- Scalloped Art Deco/Neo-Rococo valance with design of fluted bowl holding roses framed by multifoil arch with latticed spandrels; small wreaths flank central design with design in center of green stylized flower on brown ground; acanthus leaves sprout from bowl and border bottom edge; grey monochrome design except for yellow-orange highlighting on vase, yellow-orange band along top of border, and black hatching on lower edge; brownish-green ground.
