- Several figures standing on an uneven surface, possibly a stairway, including an executioner at left wearing military garb with his hand on his hip. A hermit is addressing him, from the right. Additional sketchy figures (possibly angels) in the upper half of the composition above. The drawing is squared with black chalk for enlargement.
