United States Army Air Forces Aviation Cadet's Cap Badge; one piece stamped gold badge; Coat of Arms of the United States depicted; American bald eagle with arrows held in left talon and laurel leaves held in right talon, shield on breast, banner in beak with embossed text "E PLURIBUS UNUM"; thirteen strars in disc that surmounts eagle; screw back fastener; authorized for wear on officer's service cap.
