- Joe Meyer, PhD, is a retired biochemist and amateur photographer. LaDonna Harris (1931- ) is a Comanche social activist and president of Americans for Indian Opportunity. She received the Outstanding American Indian Citizen award with her husband, Oklahoma Senator Fred R. Harris.
