- Author's original corrected typescript. In paper wrappers. Possibly unpublished. The work is divided into 12 chapters, 7 of which refer to Africa. It is accompanied by a criticism by R. H. Ambrose, signed but undated, in which he concludes: " It is my opinion that if the work were revised, cut by about 5,000 words it might be acceptable as a 'Book for Boys. '"
