- This series consists of scripts, budgets, learning objectives, topics for shows, schedules, and notes for the Bill Nye the Science Guy television show that aired from 1993 to 1998 on PBS and other syndicated stations. Co-created by Bill Nye, James McKenna and Erren Gottlieb, the show was produced by McKenna/Gottlieb Producers, Inc, in partnership with KCTS-TV Seattle, and distributed by Buena Vista Television, a division of Disney. The materials are arranged alphabetically. The thity-nine scripts for the show are arranged numbered, arranged chronologically, and found at the end of the alphabetic listing.
- Collection Restrictions
- Collection is open for research. Reference copies for audio and moving images materials do not exist. Use of these materials requires special arrangement. Gloves must be worn when handling unprotected photographs and negatives. Social Security numbers and other personally identifiable information has been rendered unreadable and redacted. Researchers may use the photocopies in the collection. The remainder of the collection has no restrictions.
