Scope and Contents: This series is arranged alphabetically by title. It includes programs from street fairs, the Gay Games, PRIDE programs and guides (arranged by state), Pride ephemera, and other LGBT related functions. There are general category folders for Health, Historical, Legal, Political, Religion (Dignity, Affirmation, Metropolitan Community Church and others), Sports, and Travel. This series includes posters from the Defense of Marriage Act hearing demonstration at the Supreme Court in March 2013 and the Supreme Court hearing on Marriage Equality in 2015.

Collection Restrictions: The collection is open for research use. Researchers must handle unprotected photographs with gloves. Researchers must use reference copies of audio-visual materials. When no reference copy exists, the Archives Center staff will produce reference copies on an "as needed" basis, as resources allow. Do not use original materials when available on reference video or audio tapes.
