- Scope and Contents
- Notes from original housing: Inesse Art Show, 1989, was the first art gallery show at 213 State Street. After Herizon closed, the space became an art exhibition space, through the energies of a few key Herizon women (Judy, MR, Peg), which grew out of this early exhibit. The Cooperative Gallery 214 remained open, and many old Herizon members still gathered at 213 State St., but in events now open to the public.
- Collection Restrictions
- The collection is open for research use. Researchers must handle unprotected photographs with gloves. Researchers must use reference copies of audio-visual materials. When no reference copy exists, the Archives Center staff will produce reference copies on an "as needed" basis, as resources allow. Do not use original materials when available on reference video or audio tapes.
