- Scope and Contents
- Illustrates the pervading fashion of various time periods. Some of the time periods predate paper dolls but the dolls serve as excellent conveyers of the styles of clothing. The earliest period represented is 1600bc and continues until the 1980s. Colonial Williamsburg and Civil War clothing is given prominence in some of the collection of dolls. Materials are arranged in chronological order by the decade.
